I hired a "cut-rate" company (shame on me) to clean my dryer vent, but after they finished 2 weeks ago, my dryer didn't dry AT ALL, even after 2 hours (I've left 8 message for them and no call back). I saw Nick at church this past Sunday and had used him for carpet water extraction 10 years ago (for which he was exceptional and even left 3 huge dryers with me at no charge over that weekend) and asked him about my dryer issue. He believed all that cut-rate company did was shove all the lint into a compacted mess that prevented the drying. He came over today, inspected the dryer vent outlet on the roof and his assumption was correct...it was packed with lint that needed to be removed at the roof, and the cut-rate company never even checked the vent outlet. Nick did not charge me for this work even though he was here over an hour. Nick is a true professional who really does care about the work he does and his clients. I'm bringing him back soon to clean my carpet...I know his work will be done properly.

My sister and I had an immediate need to get a family members house cleaned asap. Nick was very responsive. He and his crew came out on a Sunday and did such a wonderful job. They were very professional and did everything we outlined before from mattresses to couches to disinfecting floors room by room. Highly recommend!!
